⚠️ Before You Email: Common Issues

Issue: "Permission Denied" Error
This is not a bug. Your browser has blocked access. Click the 🔒 Lock icon in your address bar -> Site Settings -> Location -> Allow. Then refresh the page.

Issue: Location is Miles Away
If you are on a Desktop PC or Wi-Fi only tablet, we are using IP Geolocation. This is an estimate based on your ISP's hub. For precision, use a smartphone with a GPS chip.

Issue: Map won't load
Check your internet connection. While GPS coordinates work offline, the visual map tiles require a data connection to download.
