By accessing TellMyLocation.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use this Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

1. Accuracy Disclaimer (The "Drift" Clause)

While we utilize high-precision APIs, Global Positioning System (GPS) data is subject to atmospheric interference, signal multipath errors (reflections off buildings), and hardware limitations. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. A coordinate reading may deviate by 3-50 meters depending on environmental factors.

Our "SOS / Share Location" features are convenience tools intended to assist you in drafting messages. The Service does not:

• Automatically dial 911 or emergency services.
• Guarantee delivery of SMS or text messages (this depends on your carrier).
• Track your location in the background after the tab is closed.

4. Intellectual Property

The code architecture, design system, and proprietary "Tri-Hybrid" geolocation logic are the exclusive property of Don System Holdings. Reverse engineering or scraping of our API endpoints is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Lee County, Mississippi.
