1. Accuracy Disclaimer (The "Drift" Clause)

While we utilize high-precision APIs, Global Positioning System (GPS) data is subject to atmospheric interference, signal multipath errors (reflections off buildings), and hardware limitations. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. A coordinate reading may deviate by 3-50 meters depending on environmental factors.

2. Critical Safety Warning

NOTICE OF NON-LIABILITY: This tool is NOT a replacement for a Personal Locator Beacon (PLB), EPIRB, or official emergency dispatch system. Do not rely solely on this website for aviation, marine navigation, or survival scenarios where failure of data could lead to injury or death.

The code architecture, design system, and proprietary "Tri-Hybrid" geolocation logic are the exclusive property of Don System Holdings. Reverse engineering or scraping of our API endpoints is strictly prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Lee County, Mississippi.
